By booking a service with The Clean Seat Concierge ("we," "us," or "our"), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Services Offered

The Clean Seat Concierge provides professional cleaning services for car seats and related child gear. All services must be scheduled in advance; availability may vary.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Appointments rescheduled within 24 hours may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

3. Payment

Full payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.

4. Customer Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

  • Ensuring all items are dropped off and picked up on time (if applicable)

  • Removing all personal belongings from car seats (e.g., toys, accessories) before service

  • Ensuring the car seat is reinstalled and used properly after cleaning

5. Results Disclaimer

While we use safe and thorough cleaning methods, please note:

  • Some stains, odors, or damage may be permanent or only partially removable

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, fading, or wear and tear

6. Liability Disclaimer

We follow manufacturer-approved methods for cleaning straps, padding, covers, and plastic components. By booking with us, you agree that:

  • The Clean Seat Concierge is not liable for any damage or malfunction following cleaning

  • We are not responsible for the condition or safety of the seat after use or reinstallation

  • It is the parent or guardian's responsibility to reinstall the seat correctly according to the manufacturer's instructions

  • In the event of an accident or injury after cleaning, The Clean Seat Concierge is not liable

If you are unsure how to reinstall your seat, we recommend contacting your manufacturer or booking our certified CPST (Child Passenger Safety Technician) services.

7. Product Use

We use gentle, non-toxic, and baby-safe products. Please notify us in advance if your child has sensitivities or allergies so we can adjust accordingly.

8. SMS / Text Message Program Terms

The Clean Seat Concierge offers an SMS messaging program to provide appointment confirmations, reminders, pickup and return notifications, service updates, and promotional offers to customers who have opted in.

How to Opt In: You may opt in to receive text messages from The Clean Seat Concierge by providing your phone number and checking the applicable SMS consent checkbox(es) on our booking or contact form at thecleanseatconcierge.com. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Checking the SMS consent checkbox is always optional.

Types of Messages You May Receive:

  • Appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling updates

  • Pickup and return notifications

  • Customer service and follow-up messages

  • Promotional offers and marketing messages (only if you separately opted in to marketing communications)

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service activity and preferences.

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

How to Opt Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-opt in.

Carrier Liability: Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Cricket, MetroPCS, and U.S. Cellular) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: Your privacy is important to us. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Consent and TCPA Compliance: By opting in to our SMS program, you agree to receive autodialed or prerecorded text messages from The Clean Seat Concierge at the phone number you provided. You understand that consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may revoke your consent at any time by replying STOP.

CTIA Compliance: Our SMS program complies with CTIA Short Code Monitoring Handbook guidelines and best practices for messaging.

Age Restriction: You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to our SMS program. If you are under 18, please do not provide your phone number or opt in to receive text messages.

9. Mold Policy

For safety reasons, The Clean Seat Concierge does not treat mold on car seats. There is no manufacturer-approved or safe method to fully remediate mold on car seats. If mold is identified, we will pause service and contact you to discuss next steps, which may include a recommendation to contact the manufacturer for guidance or replacement.

For non-car seat baby gear, we may attempt mold treatment using safe methods; however, full removal is not guaranteed, and mold may return depending on material, extent of growth, and storage conditions. An additional mold remediation fee will apply and may require extended service time. All fees and time requirements will be disclosed prior to treatment.

By booking our services, clients acknowledge and accept these limitations.

10. Bag & Storage Policy

For transport and protection, The Clean Seat Concierge returns all cleaned gear in a temporary plastic bag. We recommend removing items from this bag upon arrival to allow proper airflow. If gear will be stored, we advise keeping it in a dry, temperature-regulated environment and using a breathable nylon storage bag rather than plastic to prevent moisture buildup or potential mold growth.

11. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the most current version.
